Ordering

• Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation, with the exception of certain linen, lamps, lanterns and personalised wall art which may take longer periods of time as it is made to order. (Cocoa & Honey will advise customers of anticipated shipping date of linen).
• Due to the nature of peronalised/custom orders, Cocoa & Honey will contact customers to confirm an expected shipping date upon payment confirmation.
• If customers require a personalised/customer order by a particular date, please contact us to discuss how we can assist.
• Cocoa & Honey will notify customers of any unexpected delays

Postage

• Orders are dispatched using standard Australia Post with a flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide
• For orders under $10.00, postage will automatically decrease to $4.95
  
• Gift Certificates are mailed without postage charges
• Larger items such as the photoboard and bulk orders may incur additional postage costs due to size and additional packaging required
• Cocoa & Honey will phone customers in the event that postage conditions change
• Postage time varies between 3 - 7 business days depending on location in Australia, except for some personalised and 'made to order' purchases as mentioned above.
• Registered or Express Post is available for an additional fee and allows customers to track parcels with the security of signing upon delivery/receipt of goods
• International customers (outside Australia) will need to contact Cocoa & Honey regarding postage costs
• Cocoa & Honey will not be held responsible for goods purchased once they have been dispatched with Australia Post.
